A vegan sues his neighbors because they grilled meat in their own yard and did not like the smell of the barbecue.

Cilla Carden, a vegan from Perth, Australia, told 9 News that she was frustrated by her neighbors’ decision to barbeque meat outside in their yard and that it’s made impossible to go to outside.

“They put it there for me to smell the fish, all I can smell is the fish. I can not enjoy my yard, I can not go, “she said. She thinks the cooking was “deliberate”.

Carden added that she was also irritated by the cigarette smoke and the sound of children playing basketball. But his neighbors said (and showed 9 News) that they removed the grill and the basketball hoop. Despite everything, Carden sued his neighbors. His claims were rejected by the State Administrative Court of Western Australia, according to The Evening Standard. She appealed this decision, which was also rejected.

“The court does not accept that parents, by allowing their children to play in the yard … use the patio for small scooters or toys, constitute a reasonable nuisance,” reads in the initial rejection: “What they do, it’s living in their yard and their family home. ”

But according to all reports, Carden still plans to follow his legal battle, and as such, some people have organized a barbecue in his honor to his troll with a peaceful demonstration. The Facebook event reads: “Community BBQ for Cilla Carden” and October 19 in Perth, in case you’re interested. It looks like there will be a lot of food trucks and so far more than 4,000 people have already responded.

People are making up issues. You don’t hear of all these bullshit issues in tribes in Africa. Not trannies, no eating disorders, no support animals… and they certainly don’t have time to fucking complain about shit like this.
