That Gameboy probably killed a lot of enemy soldiers

When we finally do ourselves in, all that will remain are cockroaches, original gameboy and Nokia phone. Those Gameboys, up to and including the Gameboy Colour, were fantastically sturdy pieces of engineering.

The guy’s tent was mortared (he wasn’t in it thankfully) and when he found the remains of his game boy he turned it on and heard the “DING!”. Sent pictures to the magazine and everything. Funny that they were just like “Cool!… NEXT!” and dismissed it back then and now they’re holding it in a museum. And yes, the buttons still worked back then according to the soldier who had it.
