When you book a flight and check the box that you’re disabled, it breaks down into several sub questions to identify needed assistance. Even if you check having a physical mobility restriction, it asks if you need assistance or not.
Whoever made the booking screwed up and wasted the time of all those people. It especially sucks because they don’t get paid that well and you’re encouraged to tip for good service.
They’re not stupid, they’re following policy. If you are disabled and request assistance the only thing they are trained & equipped to do is put you on a wheelchair and wheel you through the airport. It doesn’t matter what your disability is.No tags for this post.
